What are your Business Hours? You can order from our web site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our normal business hours are 9am-5pm (Eastern Time) Monday-Friday. Any orders established after normal business hours, weekends, or holidays would be processed the next business day in order of receipt.
What is your Shipping Policy? All items ship in approximately 24-48 hours. In the rare event that we cannot ship within 5 business days, we will contact you. You will receive your order in 2 - 5 business days after it has shipped. Please contact us prior to placing your order for expedited shipments.
Do you ship internationally? No. Currently, we are only shipping in the continental United States.
Is there a minimum order? Yes, as it varies with the product and is noted in the shopping area.
Do you send samples? We will mail samples for a fee. Email Customer Service with your request, and we will send you pricing information for your sample(s). Occasionally, we may send a sample of a new product.
Do you accept returns for damaged items? Yes. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please Email customer service with the problem and a RMA number will be issued. No return item will be accepted without a RMA number.
Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, as long as the order has not been packed and shipped. This must be done in the first 8 hours of placing the order.

Can we pick up our order? No. as we just have a warehouse and no retail location.
Do you offer a print catalog? Yes. with an Email request only.
What is your Privacy Policy? Your privacy is important to us. We do not rent, share, or sell any customer contact information. Your contact information is kept confidential and will not be sold or given to any third party. Credit card information is not kept on file, except upon request. We do collect email addresses. The email addresses we collect are used only to notify consumers about special or updates to our website, and we do not share this information with any organizations or third parties. Do you charge sales tax? We are required to collect sales tax of 6% on all orders placed in Georgia.
